Family Business

I started in 1997 ( Dee Leverton) as a box scheme for Mums at my sons school. In the early days I would drive to Hereford at 330am to collect Organic fruit & Veg then deliver  to other  mums that  had pre- ordered . My inspiration came from my personal belief in organic and local produce and from using a box scheme in Hockley called Organic Roundabout which was a cooperative & had 2000 followers which sadly is no long going. So in 1998 I decided to open my own food store and traded in Harborne for 6 years. I wanted to expand into a Cafe & Deli and thats when I moved to Bournville 10 years ago in 2004. Paul came into the business in 2008 as the cafe expanded . We had a great Japanese friend who worked in the business for 7 years & we held Japanese nights for 5 years which were very succesful but unfortunately Rie had to go back to Japan . 

We have a great community business  &  great customers who have become good friends.   We pride ourselves on our service , great food & good prices .
